Vance County Genealogical Society - History

The Vance County Genealogical Society is a non-profit organization, which was organized in 2011 from a group that places emphasis on Genealogical material concerning persons or activities in the area of Vance County. The Society anticipates members from every state in the U.S.

The Cemetery Committee is presently involved in surveying, cataloging and collecting cemetery data from church cemeteries, city cemeteries and family owned cemeteries for publication on the web site.
